Mobulidae adalah famili ikan pari yang sebagian besarnya terdiri dari spesies ikan pari berukuran besar, yang hidup di laut terbuka daripada di dasar laut.

Famili ini telah banyak dianggap sebagai subfamili dari Myliobatidae oleh beberapa penulis,[5][6] dan famili tersendiri oleh sebagian yang lain, tetapi karya terbaru mendukung anggapan yang kedua. Dua genus telah diakui secara tradisional dalam famili ini yakni Manta dan Mobula, tetapi analisis DNA baru-baru ini menunjukkan bahwa genus Mobula sebagaimana diakui secara tradisional bersifat parafili dari genus manta, sehingga menjadikan Manta sinonim junior dari Mobula, dan Mobula menjadi satu-satunya genus yang masih ada.[7]
