Middlesex merupakan sebuah nama dari bekas provinsi tradisional Inggris. Dari tahun 1889 hingga 1965, provinsi ini berstatus sebagai provinsi administratif, bekas subdivisi administratif Inggris. Ibu kota provinsi tersebut adalah Brentford, dan namanya juga disingkat menjadi Middx.
