Michael Francis Moore (lahir 23 April 1954) adalah seorang penulis buku dan sutradara film AS. Film-filmnya bertemakan kritik terhadap George W. Bush, perang di Irak, kekerasan dengan senjata api, sistem kesehatan, dan lain-lain. Ia dilahirkan di Flint, Michigan dari orang tua Frank dan Veronica Moore. Ia menikah dengan produser film Kathleen Glynn, tinggal di New York City.
