Metusael adalah nama dalam Bahasa Ibrani yang tertera dalam Alkitab Ibrani atau Perjanjian Lama di Alkitab]] Kristen. Dalam Kitab Kejadian, keturunan ke-4 dari Kain bernama Metusael. Arti namanya adalah "Dia yang dari Allah (=El)".[1]
Kejadian 4:18 dalam bagian silsilah keturunan Kain, memuat satu-satunya referensi untuk Metusael dalam Alkitab: "Bagi Henokh lahirlah Irad, dan Irad itu memperanakkan Mehuyael dan Mehuyael memperanakkan Metusael, dan Metusael memperanakkan Lamekh."[2]
Keturunan Kain dalam Kejadian 4:17–22 sejajar dengan garis keturunan Set, saudara Kain, yang tertera dalam Kejadian 5:1–32.[3]
