Merlot adalah sebuah varietas anggur wine berwarna biru tua, yang digunakan sebagai anggur campuran dan untuk wine varietal.
Bersama dengan Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec dan Petit Verdot, Merlot merupakan salah satu anggur utama yang digunakan dalam wine Bordeaux, dan merupakan anggur paling banyak ditanam di kawasan anggur Bordeaux.
