Meera (Mira Bai[1]) adalah seorang penyair mistis dan devosi Krishna, Meera sering membuat puisi atau nyanyian tentang Krishna atau terkadang tentang Radha, Meera disebut sebut sebagai inkarnasi dari salah satu Gopi di Vrindavan yang Meninggal lalu berinkarnasi menjadi Mitravinda salah satu ratu utama krishna, atau ada yang Menganggap Meera adalah Ansh dari Radha,

Meera adalah seorang putri Rajput[2] yang lahir sekitar tahun 1498 di Kudaki, Rajasthan.[1] Ayahnya, Ratan Singh, adalah putra bungsu Rao Duda, penguasa Merta, dan putra penguasa Rao Jodha dan pendiri Jodhpur.
