Mbaïki (juga disebut Mbaki atau M'Baiki) adalah ibu kota Lobaye, salah satu dari 14 prefektur di Republik Afrika Tengah. Ibu kota tersebut terletak di barat daya negara tersebut, 107 km dari ibu kota Bangui. Ekonominya berbasis pada industri kopi dan kayu. Suku Lobaye dan suku Pigmi tinggal di wilayah tersebut. Terdapat juga sebuah air terjun di dekat kota tersebut. Mbaïki diserahkan oleh Prancis kepada Jerman di bawah Traktat Maroko-Kongo 1911, menjadikannya bagian dari koloni Jerman Neukamerun sampai ditaklukan kembali oleh Prancis pada Perang Dunia I. Pada 1995, Keuskupan Mbaïki didirikan di kota tersebut.

Akibat konflik Republik Afrika Tengah (2012–sekarang), populasi Muslim besarnya meninggalkan kota tersebut.[1]
