Max Rufus Mosley (13 April 1940 – 23 Mei 2021) adalah mantan Presiden Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), sebuah asosiasi nirlaba yang mewakili kepentingan organisasi otomotif dan pengguna mobil di seluruh dunia. FIA juga merupakan badan pengelola olahraga balapan Formula Satu dan ajang-ajang balapan lainnya.
Di masa mudanya Mosley sempat berkarier sebagai pembalap. Ia juga merupakan seorang sarjana fisika lulusan Christ Church, Oxford. Ia menjabat sebagai Presiden FIA sejak tahun 1993 sampai tahun 2009.
