Max Factor adalah sebuah merek deretan kosmetik buatan Coty, Inc.. Merek tersebut didirikan pada 1909 dengan nama Max Factor & Company, oleh Max Factor (dulunya Maksymilian Faktorowicz, 1877–1938), seorang pakar kosmetik berdarah Yahudi-Polandia asal Polandia Kongres. Pada masa-masa awalnya, produk tersebut dikhususkan untuk tata rias dalam pembuatan film. Puncak penjualan adalah US$500 juta pada tahun 1973. Max Factor & Company dipegang oleh beberapa generasi keluarganya, menjadikannya sebuah perusahaan internasional pada masa itu. Procter & Gamble mengambilalih merk ini pada tahun 1991.
