Matcal Tower adalah bangunan 17 lantai yang terletak di HaKirya, Tel Aviv, Israel. Gedung ini digunakan sebagai kantor pemerintah dan militer. Gedung ini dibangun tahun 2003 dan letaknya dekat dengan Azrieli Center dan Marganit Tower.

Menara dan jembatan yang menghubungkan lantai dasar dengan Azrieli Center terletak di Camp Rabin. Gedung ini dirancang oleh Moore Yaski Sivan Architects.

Dalam rencana awalnya, Matcal Tower hanya terdiri dari 14 lantai dan tidak memiliki helipad.[1]
