María Grever (14 September 1885 – 15 Desember 1951) adalah komposer wanita asal Meksiko pertama yang mencapai pengakuan internasional.[1] Dia terkenal karena lagu "What A Difference A Day Makes" (aslinya "Cuando vuelva a tu lado,") yang dipopulerkan oleh Dinah Washington dan telah di-cover oleh banyak artis.
