Mandala
Mandala (Sanskerta: मण्डल; secara harfiah bermakna "lingkaran") adalah sebuah konsep Hindu, tetapi juga dipakai dalam konteks agama Buddha, untuk merujuk pada berbagai benda nyata.
Dalam praktiknya, mandala sudah menjadi nama umum untuk rencana yang mana pun, grafik, atau geometris pola yang mewakili kosmos secara metafisik atau simbolik, mikrokosmos semesta dari perspektif manusiawi.
Mandala, khususnya pusatnya, bisa dipakai selama meditasi sebagai benda untuk memusatkan perhatian.
