Manami Doi (土居 愛実, Doi Manami, lahir 29 Agustus 1993 di Yokohama) adalah seorang atlet pelayaran asal Jepang.[1]
Pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2012, ia berkompetisi dalam kelas Laser Radial putri, di mana ia meraih peringkat ke-31. Pada Olimpiade Musim Panas 2016, ia berkompetisi dalam kelas Laser Radial putri, di mana ia meraih peringkat ke-20. Ia berkompetisi dalam Olimpiade Musim Panas 2020 yang diadakan di Tokyo pada tahun 2021.[2]
