Lumpy adalah karakter fiksi dari serial animasi Happy Tree Friends. Ia adalah rusa berwarna biru muda yang idiot. Ia adalah salah satu karakter dewasa di kartun ini. Lumpy muncul hampir di semua episode Happy Tree Friend. Kebodohannya sering menyebabkan kematiannya, selain itu, ia menyebabkan kematian semua karakter kecuali Splendid. Walaupun bodoh, kadang-kadang Lumpy dapat menjalani profesi-profesi seperti dokter, petani, tukang pos, dan lain-lain.
