Linx adalah band Funk / Soul berkebangsaan Inggris yang beranggotakan Andy Duncan (drum), Bob Carter (kibor), Canute Edwards (gitar), David Grant (vokal), Junior Giscombe (vokal latar), dan Peter Martin (gitar bas). Andy dan Bob merupakan additional player yang terkenal lewat kontribusi mereka di album, Breaking Glass karya Hazel O'Connor.

Selepas lagu andalan pertama Linx pada tahun 1980, band ini menyusut menjadi sebuah duet musik dari David dan Peter.[1] Peter Martin (bassis) bergabung dengan band, 23 Skidoo.

Karier

Karier Linx bermula pada tahun 1980. Band ini mempunyai dua entri di Tipparade di Belanda pada tahun 1981. Kesuksesan terbesar band ini adalah "So This is Romance."[2] Lagu andalan lainnya adalah "Intuition." Linx juga menyumbangkan lagu, "Don't Get in My Way," ke kaset kompilasi C81 yang inspiratif yang dirilis oleh majalah, NME, pada tahun 1981.

Linx bubar pada awal tahun 1983. Kemudian, David mempunyai sejumlah hits solo.[1] Dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan tahun 2003, dia tampil sebagai seorang pelatih vokal di acara BBC Television, Fame Academy.
