Ketsal (bahasa Inggris : Quetzal) adalah burung berwarna warni yang tergolong ke dalam famili Trogonidae.

Burung ini dapat ditemui di kawasan hutan, khususnya di dataran tinggi yang lembap. Terdapat lima spesies dari genus Pharomachrus yang hanya tinggal di daerah Neotropis, sementara spesies Euptilotis neoxenus dapat ditemui di Meksiko atau bahkan di beberapa daerah di Amerika Serikat selatan.[1] Ketsal merupakan burung yang cukup besar (semuanya memiliki panjang yang melebihi 32 cm), sedikit lebih besar daripada burung-burung Trogonidae lainnya.[2][3] Ketsal merupakan burung nasional Guatemala.

Burung ini memakan buah-buahan, serangga, dan vertebrata kecil (seperti katak).[2][3]
