Kate Gilmore
Kate Gilmore adalah Wakil Komisari Tinggi PBB untuk Hak Asasi Manusia. Gilmore sebelumnya bekerja di berbagaiasektor publik dan beberapa posisi di lembaga swadaya masyarakat, termasuk Asisten Sekretaris Jendral dan Wakil Direktur Eksekutif Program Dana Penduduk Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNFPA, CEO Broadmeadows Community (1993), menjadi majajer divisi perawatan masyarakat di Royal Women’s Hospital Australia (1993-1996), menjadi direktur nasionalal Amnesty International Australia sebagai Direktur Nasional (1996-2000) dan Wakil Eksekutif Sekretaris Jendral Amnesty International (2000-2010).[1]
Sebagai Wakil Komisaris Tinggi, perannya adalah bertanggung jawab kepada Komisaris Tinggi yang saat ini dijabat oleh Pangeran Zeid bin Ra'ad dari Yordania. Gilmore telah terlibat dalam isu-isu di Irak mengenai pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dan membantu pemerintah Irak.[2]
