Karyá (bahasa Yunani: Καρυά) adalah kotamadya yang berada di utara-tengah Pulau Lefkada, Yunani. Karya mencakup daerah seluas 30,867 km² dan penduduk sebanyak 1.427 jiwa (2001). Sebagian besar penduduk tinggal di ibu kota kotamadya yang penduduknya berjumlah 989 jiwa. Karya terhubung dengan jalan utama yang menghubungkan Lefkada dan Vassiliki atau daerah paling selatan di pulau ini. Karya berada di lereng Pyrgos pada ketinggian 500 m dpl. Titik tertinggi di Karya adalah Gunung Stavrota yang tingginya mencapai 1.158 m. Karya dihubungkan dengan jalan beraspal sejak pertengahan abad ke-20, dan segera diikuti dengan jalur air dan telepon serta ditambahnya jaringan jalan beraspal pada tahun 1980-an.
