Kapila Vatsyayan (25 Desember 1928 – 16 September 2020) adalah cendekiawan utama tari klasik, seni rupa, arsitektur dan sejarah seni rupa India. Ia dulunya menjadi anggota parlemen dan birokrat di India, dan menjabat sebagai direktur pendiri Pusat Seni Rupa Nasional Indira Gandhi.
