Jun daging
Meat Jun adalah hidangan Korea yang diciptakan di Hawaii, terdiri dari daging sapi yang diiris tipis yang dicelupkan ke dalam adonan telur dan digoreng.[1] Hidangan ini adalah salah satu jenis dari jeon yang diadaptasi dari yukjeon, ini adalah hidangan populer yang disajikan di restoran Korea di Hawaii, disajikan sebagai hidangan utama dan bagian dari piring makan siang campuran. Biasanya disajikan dengan saus celup berbahan dasar kedelai atau gochujang.
