Julius Martov atau L. Martov (Ма́ртов; nama asli Yuliy Osipovich Tsederbaum (bahasa Rusia: Ю́лий О́сипович Цедерба́ум; IPA: [ˈjʉlʲɪj ˈosʲɪpəvʲɪtɕ tsɨdʲɪrˈbaʊm, ˈmartəf] ( simak)) (24 November 1873 – 4 April 1923) adalah seorang politikus Rusia yang menjadi pemimpin Menshevik di Rusia pada awal abad ke-20. Ia adalah pendiri dan penyunting jurnal-jurnal dan surat-surat kabar Yahudi pertama di Rusia berbahasa Ibrani, Yiddi,
dan Rusia; Hamelits (Mediator), Kol Mevasser (Harbinger), Yidisher Folksblat (Jurnal Rakyat Yahudi), dan Vestnik russkikh evreev (Kurir Rusia-Yahudi).[1]
