Juliet Capulet (bahasa Italia: Giulietta Capuleti) adalah protagonis perempuan dalam tragedi romansa William Shakespeare Romeo dan Juliet. Juliet adalah putri tunggal dari patriarkh Wangsa Capulet dan jatuh cinta dengan Romeo, seorang anggota Wangsa Montague (yang merupakan musuh bebuyutan Wangsa Capulet). Ceritanya memiliki sejarah panjang yang mendahului Shakespeare sendiri.
