James Douglas Muir "Jay" Leno (/ˈlɛnoʊ/; lahir 28 April 1950)[1] adalah seorang komedian, aktor, penulis, produser, dan mantan pembawa acara televisi larut malam Amerika. Setelah melakukan stand-up comedy selama bertahun-tahun, dia menjadi pembawa acara NBC The Tonight Show with Jay Leno sejak 1992 hingga 2009. Mulai September 2009, Leto memulai acara talk show prime time bertajuk The Jay Leno Show, yang ditayangkan malam hari pukul 10:00 malam WT, juga di NBC.

Setelah The Jay Leno Show dibatalkan pada Januari 2010 tengah a host controversy, Leno kembali menjadi tuan rumah The Tonight Show with Jay Leno pada tanggal 1 Maret 2010.[2] Dia menjadi pembawa acara episode terakhirnya The Tonight Show pada 6 Februari 2014.
