Isin (Sumeria: 𒉌𒋛𒅔𒆠, romanized: I3-si-inki,[1] Bahasa Arab modern: Ishan al-Bahriyat) adalah situs arkeologi di Kegubernuran Al-Qādisiyyah, Irak. Penggalian telah menunjukkan bahwa situs tersebut merupakan negara kota yang penting pada masa lalu.

Ishan al-Bahriyat dikunjungi oleh Stephen Herbert Langdon selama sehari untuk melakukan sounding, sementara ia menggali di Kish pada tahun 1924.[2] Sebagian besar pekerjaan arkeologi utama di Isin diselesaikan dalam 11 musim antara tahun 1973 dan 1989 oleh sebuah tim arkeolog Jerman yang dipimpin oleh Barthel Hrouda.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] Namun, seperti yang terjadi di banyak situs di Irak, penelitian terganggu oleh Perang Teluk (1990-1) dan Perang Irak (2003 hingga 2011). Sejak akhir penggalian, penjarahan ekstensif dilaporkan terjadi di lokasi tersebut. Bahkan ketika tim Jerman memulai pekerjaan mereka, situs tersebut sudah banyak dijarah.
