Isabella dari Kärnten (Gorizia 1298 – set. 1347), merupakan putri kedua Otto III dari Kärnten dan Eufemia dari Silesia-Liegnitz.
Ia menikah dengan Petru II dari Sisilia pada tanggal 23 April 1322 di Catania. Pasangan tersebut memiliki keturunan sebagai berikut:[1]
Isabella menjabat sebagai wali penguasa Sisilia antara tahun 1348 dan 1352, selama putranya masih di bawah umur. Tanggal kematiannya tidak diketahui.
