Irori (囲炉裏, 居炉裏) adalah sebuah alat pemanas Jepang tradisional. Dipakai untuk menghangatkan rumah atau memasak makanan, alat tersebut biasanya berupa sebuah lubang berbentuk persegi yang diisi dengan batu di lantai, disertai dengan kail panci – yang disebut jizaikagi (自在鉤) dan umumnya terdiri dari tongkat besi pada tabung bambu – yang dipakai untuk mengangkat atau menurunkan panci atau ketel dengan cara menarik tali yang sering kali dihias dengan hiasan berbentuk ikan.[1]
