Init-6 merupakan perusahaan modal ventura asal Indonesia yang didirikan pada awal 2020 oleh pendiri Bukalapak, Achmad Zaky dan Nugroho Herucahyono.[1] Keduanya mendirikan perusahaan ini setelah mundur dari jabatannyadi Bukalapak di mana sebelumnya Zaky adalah CEO dan Nugroho adalah CTO Bukalapak.[2][3][4] Hingga Agustus 2021, Zaky masih memiliki saham di Bukalapak sebanyak 4,32%.[2] Perusahaan ini melakukan investasi terhadap perusahaan rintisan (startup) yang berada pada tahap awal (early stage).[5]

Init-6 memberikan pendanaan sebesar Rp72 miliar kepada IDCloudHost—perusahaan di bidang layanan cloud yang didirikan pada 2015.[6]
