IGK@

IGK@ (bahasa Inggris: Immunoglobulin kappa locus) adalah sebuah area pada kromosom 2 manusia yang mengandung gen untuk rantai ringan kappa (κ) sebuah antibodi atau immunoglobulin.[1] Pada manusia, rantai κ dikodikasikan dengan gen V (variable), J (joining) dan C (constant) pada daerah ini.[2] Semua gen tersebut akan mengalami rekombinasi V(D) untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam cadangan immunoglobulin.

Lokus Ig kappa terdiri dari sejumlah gen:

  • IGKC: immunoglobulin kappa constant yang membungkus domain konstan dari rantai ringan kappa untuk kodikasi antibodi.[3]
  • IGKJ@: immunoglobulin kappa joining group
    • IGKJ1, IGKJ2, IGKJ3, IGKJ4, IGKJ5
  • IGKV@: immunoglobulin kappa variable group
