Sir Herbert Edward Read, DSO, MC (4 Desember 1893 – 12 Juni 1968) adalah seorang anarkis, penyair, dan kritikus sastra dan seni asal Inggris. Dia adalah salah satu penulis Inggris pertama yang memperhatikan ekstensialisme, dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemikir proto-ekstensialis Max Stirner.
