Heimrich

Heimrich (Heimo) (740-5 Mei 795) merupakan seorang comte di Rheingau Hulu. Ayahandanya adalah Cancor dan Angila. Heimrich juga menjabat sebagai Comte Lahngau, Comte Oberrheingau, dan pemimpin di Biara Mosbach.

Heimrich adalah seorang pemimpin di dalam pasukan Charlemagne di Pertempuran Sachsen dan ia tewas terbunuh di medan Pertempuran Lüne dan Elbe ketika memerangi suku Slavik Obotrite.

Heimrich menikahi Eggiwiz yang asal-usulnya tidak diketahui. Mereka memiliki dua orang anak:

  • Heimrich (765-812), Comte Saalgau
  • Bubo dari Grabfeldgau (763-795)

Heimrich juga adalah kakek dari Poppo I melalui putranya dan oleh karena itu menjadikannya sesepuh dari Wangsa Babenberg.
