Haikou merupakan kota yang terletak di sebelah timur RRT. Penduduknya berjumlah 387.000 jiwa (2005). Haikou, yang dikenal juga sebagai Kota Kelapa, adalah Ibu Kota Provinsi Hainan, pulau kedua terbesar di Cina.
