HALCA (Highly Advanced Laboratory for Communications and Astronomy), juga dikenal dengan nama proyek VSOP (VLBI Space Observatory Programme), atau nama kode MUSES-B (untuk kedua dari seri Mu Space Engineering Spacecraft), adalah satelit teleskop radio diameter 8 meterJepang yang digunakan untuk Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI). Ini adalah misi VLBI pertama.
HALCA diluncurkan pada bulan Februari 1997 dari Kagoshima Space Center, dan membuat pengamatan VSOP akhir bulan Oktober 2003, jauh melebihi umur 3 tahun yang diprediksi, sebelum hilangnya kontrol sikap. Semua operasi secara resmi berakhir pada bulan November 2005.
