Grylloblatta adalah sebuah genus serangga dalam famili Grylloblattidae. Genus ini mencakup 15 spesies, termasuk Grylloblatta chirurgica, yang hampir sepenuhnya ditemukan di wilayah ketinggian tinggi dan lintang-tinggi di Amerika Serikat dan Kanada, hidup di gua-gua es dan gletser.[1]
Genus ini pertama kali dideskripsikan oleh Edmund Walker pada 1914, bedasarkan satu spesies, Grylloblatta campodeiformis.[2]
