Gregory Neale Harrison (lahir 31 Mei 1950)[1] adalah pemeran Amerika Serikat. Ia paling dikenal karena perannya sebagai Chandler dalam film tahun North Shore, sebagai Dr. George Alonzo "Gonzo" Gates, asisten ahli bedah muda Dr. Trapper John McIntyre (diperankan oleh Pernell Roberts) pada seri CBS Trapper John, M.D. (1979–86), dan sebagai taipan bisnis yang kejam Michael Sharpe dalam seri CBS Falcon Crest (1989–1990).
