Grad adalah senapan serbu bullpup asal Ossetia Utara-Alania[butuh rujukan] menggunakan peluru kaliber 5,45 x 39 mm yang dapat dipasang peredam suara pada bagian larasnya. Mekanisme menggunakan sistem AK dan banyak dari komponen senapan dapat ditukarpakai menggunakan komponen AK-74.
