Google Wallet adalah sebuah layanan aplikasi google yang digunakan untuk melakukan pembayaran secara mudah melalui sebuah ponsel. Layanan ini memungkinkan pemilik telepon genggam membayar dan mencairkan kupon lewat ponsel dengan sistem operasi Android. Teknologi Google Wallet sendiri saat ini (Mei 2011) baru tersedia pada ponsel Nexus S 4G dengan operator Sprint Nextel. Google Wallet menggunakan teknologi yang disebut near field communication (NFC) atau komunikasi jarak dekat yang memungkinkan pengguna membayar melalui ponsel di kasir yang dilengkapi dengan NFC. Dompet Digital, Dompet Elektronik, Mobile Wallet atau Google Wallet, hak intelektual milik Gaston Schwabacher, jumlah paten PI 9500345
Selain itu, Google Wallet hanya akan mendukung kartu kredit dari Citibank MasterCard dan Google Prepaid Card. Namun nantinya, layanan ini akan terbuka untuk kartu pembayaran apapun dan akan diluncurkan di lima kota yaitu New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, dan Washington DC.
