Georgics
Georgics (/ˈdʒɔːrdʒɪks/; bahasa Latin: Georgica pengucapan Latin: [ɡeˈoːrɡɪka]) adalah sebuah puisi karya penyair Latin Virgil, yang tampaknya terbit pada 29 SM.[1] Sesuai dengan namanya (dari kata Yunani γεωργικά, geōrgika, artinya "(hal-hal) pertanian")[2] subjek puisi tersebut adalah pertanian; tetapi karena jauh dari contoh puisi pedesaan damai, karya tersebut dikarakterisasikan oleh ketegangan dalam tema dan keperluan.
