Frederick William Barrett (10 Januari 1883 – 3 Maret 1931) adalah seorang stoker berkebangsaan Inggris. Setelah bekerja sebagai stoker di sejumlah kapal laut, ia diperkerjakan pada tanggal 6 April 1912 oleh RMS Titanic sebagai kepala stoker. Pada tanggal 15 April 1912, ketika kapal tersebut tenggelam, Barrett menaiki sekoci nomor 13 dan mengomandoi sekoci tersebut. Ia berhasil selamat dari kecelakaan tersebut. Ia kemudian memberi kesaksian di hadapan penyelidik berkaitan dengan kecelakaan tersebut dan tetap bekerja di angkatan laut sampai tahun 1920-an. Setelah kematian istrinya, Mary Anne Jones, pada tahun 1923, ia menetap di Liverpool dan bekerja sebagai penebang kayu.

Barrett meninggal dunia akibat tuberkulosis paru pada tahun 1931.
