Frank Joseph Perry Jr.[1] (21 Agustus 1930 – 29 Agustus 1995) adalah seorang pembuat film dan pengarah teater asal Amerika. Film independen tahun 1962 buatannya David and Lisa dinominasikan untuk dua Academy Award untuk sutradara terbaik (Frank Perry) dan skenario terbaik (ditulis oleh istrinya saat itu, Eleanor Perry).
