Forward Band adalah grup musik asal Indonesia yang berisi 4 anggota yang pernah tergabung dalam 4 band besar di indonesia masing-masing. Yaitu Sanny (vokal) adalah mantan anggota Five Minutes,[1] Alex (gitar) adalah mantan anggota X One Band, Ronny (bass) adalah mantan anggota Second Egg yang pernah tergabung di album Kisah 2002 Malam dan Com-Com (drum) adalah anggota dari Vogja Band Live.

Album pertama Forward Band berjudul sama dengan nama bandnya yang dirilis tahun 2008 di bawah naungan Maheswara Musik Records. Tak lama setelah itu, band ini memutuskan untuk bubar.
