Flying Jacob (bahasa Swedia: flygande Jacob/Jakob diucapkan [flyːˈgandɛ jɑːˈkɔp])[1] adalah cambung Swedia yang terdiri dari ayam, krim, saus sambal, pisang, kacang panggang, dan bakon.[2] Hidangan ini dipanggang di dalam oven dan biasanya disajikan bersama dengan nasi dan salad.
