Explorer 11

Explorer 11 (juga dikenal sebagai S15) adalah sebuah wahana antariksa pertama yang membawa teleskop Sinar gama. Satelit ini diluncurkan pada 27 April 1961 dengan Roket Juno II dan mengirimkan data sampai 17 November. Dalam waktu tujuh bulan tersebut, Explorer 11 menemukan dua puluh tujuh peristiwa sinar gama dan sekitar 22.000 peristiwa radiasi kosmik.
