Enipeus

Dalam mitologi Yunani, Enipeus adalah dewa sungai dan anak dari Okeanos dan Tethys. Enipeus dicintai oleh seorang manusia bernama Tiro yang dinikahkan dengan Kretheus. Tiro mengejar Enipeus meskipun Eniperus terang-terangan menolaknya. Suatu hari, Poseidon bernafsu terhadap Tiro, Posiedon mengubah wujudnya menjadi Enipeus dan melakukan persetubuhan dengan Tiro. Dari hubungan itu lahirlah anak kembar Pelias dan Neleus. Sungai Enipeus (kini Enipefs) terletak di Thessaly, dan merupakan faktor penting dalam Pertempuran Pharsalus.
