Prof. Dr. Elfindri, SE., MA. (lahir 24 Oktober 1962) [1] adalah seorang akademisi, pakar ekonomi, dan pengamat perguruan tinggi Indonesia dari Universitas Andalas, Padang, Sumatera Barat. Ia merupakan Guru Besar Ekonomi SDM Universitas Andalas (Unand).[2][3]

Elfindri juga pernah menjabat sebagai Koordinator Koordinasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (Kopertis) X yang mencakup wilayah provinsi Sumatera Barat, Riau, Kepulauan Riau, dan Jambi.[4]
