Edward Witten
Edward Witten (lahir 26 Agustus 1951) adalah seorang fisikawan teoretikal dan profesor fisika matematika Amerika Serikat di Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, New Jersey. Selain berkontribusi dalam bidang fisika, Witten berkarya dalam bidang matematika murni.[4] Pada 1990, ia menjadi fisikawan pertama yang meraih Fields Medal dari International Mathematical Union.[5]
