Bisnis
Pada tahun 2011, EarthLing mengoperasikan dua divisi yang berbeda: EarthLink Business Services dan EarthLink Consumer Services.
EarthLink Business Services mencakup konektivitas (MPLS, T-1, DS3, DSL, Eternet, Nirkabel), Layanan TI (Cloud Hosting, virtualisasi, Data and Voice CPE, Keamanan TI, Managed Services, ASP Web Hosting), dan layanan kelompok (kapasitas serat dan layanan jaringan). Perusahaan ini memiliki dan mengoperasikan jaringan di AS yang meliputi kabel serat sepanjang 28.000 mil. 90 cincin serat metro, dan 4 pusat data. Jaringan ini mencakup lebih dari 90 persen negara ini. EarthLink Business Services menyediakan layanan TI dan IP untuk lebih dari 150.000 pelanggan.[2]
EarthLink Consumer Services mencakup Jalur lebar (DSL, Freestanding DSL, Internet kabel, Internet satelit), layanan telepon Voice over Internet protocol (VOIP), dial-up Internet, Web Hosting dan perdagangan elektronik, dan layanan terkait seperti perangkat lunak. EarthLink menyediakan layanan Internet untuk lebih dari 1 juta rumah.[2]
