Sejarah
- 31 Juli 1987: berdiri sebagai Movie Time
- Juni 1990: Berganti nama menjadi E! Entertainment
- 1 Mei 1995: E! Asia Tenggara resmi mulai diluncurkan beropasional secara komersial bersiaran penuh selama 24 jam bersama-sama dengan MTV Asia Tenggara dan MTV Indonesia (setop lagi mengudara, tayang, beroprasi dan siaran sejak 1 November 2015).
- November 2006: Comcast Media membeli saham sebanyak 39,5%.
- 31 Desember 2019: E! Asia Tenggara bersama-sama dengan Diva menghentikan siarannya.
