Duduk adalah salah satu bentuk posisi dasar manusia saat beristirahat. Berat badan didukung oleh bokong yang bersentuhan dengan tanah atau benda horizontal seperti kursi. Tubuh lebih atau kurang tegak.

Duduk sepanjang hari dapat memicu risiko kesehatan yang signifikan, beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang yang duduk secara teratur untuk waktu yang lama mungkin memiliki tingkat kematian yang lebih tinggi daripada mereka yang tidak duduk.[1] Rata-rata orang duduk selama 4,7 jam per hari, menurut tinjauan global yang mewakili 47% dari populasi orang dewasa global.[2]
