Devin Star Tailes (lahir 2 Juli 1989) atau lebih dikenal sebagai Dev adalah seorang penyanyi dan penulis lagu asal Amerika Serikat. Bakatnya ditemukan oleh The Cataracs lewat MySapce setelah salah seorang temannya, Shane Crislip, memposting rekaman saat ia sedang bernyanyi. Lagu Dev yang berjudul "Booty Bounce" digunakan oleh Far East Movement sebagai bagian chorus dalam lagu mereka, "Like A G6". Lagu tersebut meraih posis nomor 1 di Amerika Serikat dan telah diunduh sebanyak 3 juta kali. Dev pun menandatangani kontrak bersama Universal Republic Records di bulan Oktober 2010 dan merilis singel debutnya, "Bass Down Low pada tanggal 16 November 2010. Dev direncanakan akan merilis album debutnya, The Night the Sun Came Up pada tanggal 5 September 2011. Namun diundur hingga akhirnya rilis pada tanggal 27 Maret 2012. Singel keduanya, "In The Dark" menduduki peringkat nomor 11 di chart Amerika Serikat dan menjadikannya salah satu penyanyi solo tersukses.
