Deranged (Hangul: 연가시; Hanja: 鐵線蟲; RR: Yeongasi) adalah sebuah film fiksi-ilmiah Korea Selatan tahun 2012 yang menampilkan Kim Myung-min, Kim Dong-wan, Moon Jung-hee dan Lee Ha-nui.[3] Film fiksi-ilmiah tersebut adalah film bencana wabah pertama Korea (film terkait lainnya, Flu, dirilis setahun berikutnya pada 2013). Film tersebut disutradarai oleh Park Jung-woo dan diproduksi oleh Lim Ji-young dan Oz One Film.[4] Didistribusikan oleh CJ E&M, film tersebut dirilis pada 5 Juli 2012 dan memiliki jangka waktu 109 menit.[5]
